Using Your Review Link in Follow-up Emails
Many companies now use an automated followup email sequence for their clients and this link can be added to the templates very easily. These templates are normally part of a CRM.
If you don’t have a CRM or email sequence yet for your business and would like to send a quick review request email manually.
Write a short email template on a Microsoft Word file that you can simply copy and paste into your email body section when you want to send a ‘one off’ request to a happy customer.
Here is a very simple example of what you might write for your Google Review Request:
To add your Google Review Link to your email, highlight the text you want to create the link on, then right click on it, you should see an option to add link. You simply paste your link into the space provided, then save your file. Now your text can easily be copy and pasted into an email and the link will be all ready. You only need to add the customers name after “Hi” as well as add your email signature and your all set.
